Membership Kickoff Event was September 14   (New folks are welcome)

Membership fees are $25 for adults or $40 for families, with reduced membership fees of $20 for children and seniors.

If you were  unable to attend the Membership Kickoff on 9/14 you may join or renew your membership by going to our web site to pay on line (via PayPal) or mailing membership fees to:

Members approved the following production dates for the 2011/2012 season:

·         Miracle on 34th Street: The Musical - Dec 2, Dec 4, Dec 9, Dec 10, Dec 11 - 2011

·         Youth Theatre Production (TBD) - March 23-25- 2012

·         Odd Couple - May 4, May 5, May 6  - 2012

 

 

 

It was also decided that there would be a Memberships Program and Communication Committee

The newsletter will publicize that members are being sought for this new committee. The committee will create and maintain a master mail and email list, plus enhance member benefits,

coordinate member events, manage member communications, coordinate publicity and promote membership.  It will initially conduct member events such as

sound system training (by Scott Sheppard), and how to conduct a good audition (by Debera Fund), possibly in late August.

 

 

Play Reading Committee

The committee affirmed its policy of a holiday (Christmas) musical and a “kid heavy” straight play. Submissions from the Membership can be sent to Wendy by July 1. The committee especially needs the copyright holders of plays submitted.   Marc Santorella Sr. will chair the committee.   Synopsis of Plays

President’s spending authority

The Membership discussed giving the President the authority to spend limited amounts of money as situations require.

 A proposal may be considered at the next meeting pending
